hack.net solution to part 2

Alpha_ProgDes got it first but doodle_sketch wrote the line better (easier to understand)

Going back a few steps, I have been looking at the ACSII octal values, and I have still gotten some gibberish.

' & 3 NewLine CarriageReturn # " " Space

Whats interesting to me is the NewLine, followed by the CarriageReturn... Definatly starting to look more like a string, or a string operation, perhaps soemthing encrypted?

What it means -

&3 in C or C++ means the address of 3 (i.e. part 3)
newline + carriage return I take to mean next line, basically to seperate that last bit from the solution
# " " (or # space), means that the next page is at http://www.ninebows.com/# /

If you go back to page 1 of the thread, you will see that Vampyre_Dark had already solved part 2 (or stumbled upon it?), just didn't actually tell us that those numbers were from the next part.
